Purpose, Process & Result . Eaglecrest Ski Area (Eaglecrest) is community-owned and operated by the City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ). Eaglecrest seeks a qualified local Contractor to operate its bar concessions, currently known as the "Tower Bar." The purpose of this SI is to identify the best prospective Contractor who can maximize revenue while aligning with the unique flow and identity of the venue to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome. This process will identify responsible, professional, and capable Contractors to serve Eaglecrest patrons. Additionally, it will support Eaglecrest in conducting competitive dialogues by gathering feedback from innovative Contractors on the best methods for structuring a profitable bar concession.
