In accordance with Section 163.380(3)(A), Florida Statutes, the City of Homestead invites qualified local, regional, and national developers and their teams to submit proposals for this opportunity to purchase and develop an approximately 3.65 net acre parcel located at 866 SW 7th Street in Homestead, Florida for the  development of a transformative and impactful project that contributes to neighborhood revitalization while respecting current neighborhood uses in the City of Homestead.  The City of Homestead is particularly interested in development partners who not only understand the current market but see the immense potential of the Homestead Community Redevelopment Area and Southwest Neighborhood and are interested in facilitating upward economic mobility.  The selected developer shall have the capability and experience to plan and execute the project described in this Request for Proposal.
