The Accumulated Material has built up at the City’s Shockoe Retention Facilities and Hampton-McCloy Tunnel (the “Locations”).Services required at the Locations include dewatering, cleaning, removing, and disposing of Accumulated Material within the Combined Sewer Overflow (“CSO”) structures at the Locations (the “Work”).
