This repair project must follow the requirements of the 2023 FBC, Residential, 8th Edition, Chapter 9 Roof Assemblies, and 2024 Florida Roofing Codes Updates. All work performed under this Repair Project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used.
