Contractors selected for this pool may be awarded projects based on their qualifications, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to complete work within the required timeframe.The scope of work for the Julio Cabrera project includes:HVAC System Replacement and Duct CleaningWindows and Exterior Doors ReplacementMaster Bathroom Renovation Hallway Bathroom Renovation Kitchen RenovationWasher and Dryer ReplacementInterior House PaintingInstallation of a Stair LiftStaircase Tile ReplacementThe Selected Contractor is responsible for securing all applicable construction permits in accordance with local, county, and state regulations, including permits required for subcontractors. If the nature of the repairs necessitates the design, review, or certification of a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, the Contractor shall include all associated professional services and fees within the submitted quotation.
