The Community Services Department is seeking quotations from experienced and qualified contractors for our Homeowner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program. Contractors selected for this pool may be awarded projects based on their qualifications, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to complete work within the required timeframe.The scope of work for Enua Sanchez project includes:Mold RemediationDoor and Windows replacement. Remove windows barsRain Gutter ReplacementWood Canopy Structure Partial RepairExterior painting and selected areas, Interior paintingPopcorn ceiling removal and drywall repairsKitchen remodelingBathroom remodelingRepair a small section of floor tiles in the hallway spacePressure cleaning the metal porch roofExisting Rear Storage Building – Structural Failure and Owner’s Intent to DemolishThe Selected Contractor is responsible for securing all applicable construction permits in accordance with local, county, and state regulations, including permits required for subcontractors. If the nature of the repairs requires the design, review, or certification by a Registered Architect or Professional Engineer, the Contractor shall include all associated professional services and fees in the submitted quotation.
