Bidders shall note that the rules and regulations on Equal Employment Opportunity shall be made a part of the contract. All bids shall be filed in a sealed envelope marked "Lake County Sheriff’s Office Fleet Vehicle Repairs & Maintenance" by the time and place specified. A bid bond, certified check or cashiers check made payable to Lake County Commissioners, in the amount of onehundred dollars ($100), must accompany each bid.
