SGCC Engineered Septic Design-Build RFP

Description

The County of Rockingham, (the County) a political subdivision of the State of Virginia is seeking proposals from Design Build firms authorized to do business in the State of Virginia to design and build an engineered septic system for the Singers Glenn Community Center. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from experienced Design-Build General Contractors for the planning, design, and construction of an engineered septic system that will accommodate the new Community Center (RFP#26-0828-01). The Owner seeks a qualified partner capable of providing comprehensive design, preconstruction, construction, and commissioning services under a single contract to deliver a high-quality facility that meets the needs of the community while maintaining budget and schedule objectives. The qualified contractors approved to submit a proposal include GOODEX and Virginia Septic. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the County Administration Building at 20 East Gay Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22802 on Wednesday, September 9th at 10:30am.
