This ADDENDUM No. 02 shall hereby be and become a part of the Contract Documents the same as if originally bound thereto. The following clarifications, amendments, additions, revisions, changes and modifications change the original Contract Documents only in the amount and to the extent hereinafter specified and set forth in this ADDENDUM No. 02 Pre-Bid RFI Responses 1) The ITB references Lee County's goal of 15.3%. Is there a specific goal higher or lower for this project or does the Lee County goal 15.3% govern? Response: The MWBE minority participation goal expected for this project is 15.3%. 2) Does the new Davis Bacon Wage determination for Lee County govern, or does the provided Davis Bacon Wage determination in the ITB govern? Response: Yes, the 2026 General Wage determination for Lee County will apply to this construction contract. • General Decision Number: FL20260211, published on January 2, 2026, governs the wage rates. • There are no wage rate changes between the wage rates included in the ITB (FL20250211) and the 2026 publication. 3) What documentation is required from the contractor for the qualified Section 3 workforce requirement? Response: The documentation listed below, which is also included in the ITB, is required from the contractor. In addition to these documents, the prime contractor will also be responsible for overseeing the subcontractors, collecting and reporting project labor hours, and outreach efforts.
