The City of Pacifica (“City”) is requesting proposals to seek and obtain services from engineering and/or financial services firms to assist the City with a sewer rate study. The selection will be based on overall price, services, performance and reliability of the proposers. The City's needs are outlined in the following Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Selected Contractor will be invited to enter into an agreement with the CITY OF PACIFICA based on their response to this Request for Proposal.
