Sewage Pumps and Accessories, Supply and Delivery

Description

Provide for submersible sewage pumps and associated accessories, to be purchased on an as-needed basis. Hernando County’s system is standardized to four approved pump brands: Ebara, Homa, Barnes, and Flygt. Alternate pump brands will not be accepted. All pumps shall be suitable for continuous-duty operation in commercial and industrial applications. The Vendor/Contractor is responsible for updating any pump model numbers that have changed. The pricing proposal shall outline the various sizes of equipment required to achieve the specified flow rate, as determined by the applicable pump curve.The Vendor/Contractor shall maintain a fully equipped, in-house repair facility capable of performing all warranty repairs. For non-warranty repairs, the Vendor/Contractor shall provide a written quotation specifying all required parts, labor, and associated pricing. Non-warranty work shall not proceed without the County’s prior written approval, and all quotations for non-warranty repairs shall remain valid for sixty (60) days.
