SECTION 00 11 16 INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID: Shawano County Bid Pack 1 Shawano County is soliciting bids for the new Government Center project. This bid includes division of work 02, 03, 04, 05, 11, 14, 31, 32, 33. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting: Brian Winter, The Samuels Group. bwinter@samuelsgroup.net 715-409-1416. Plans will also be available on ISQFT. There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting on Thursday, 09/10/26 at 10 AM at the Shawano County Government Center in Meeting Room A, located at 311 N Main St., Shawano, WI 54166. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly recommended for interested bidders. All bids are due to Shawano County no later than September 30th, 2026, at 2:00 PM; bids will be opened at 2:10 PM. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly labeled “Shawano County Government Center Bid, Bid Category #” and delivered or mailed to the Shawano County Clerk’s Office, 311 N Main St., Shawano, WI 54166. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner.
