Self-Service Device-Lending Kiosk System for the Alabaster Library The City of Alabaster, Alabama (the “City”) invites sealed bids from qualified and responsible vendors to furnish, deliver, install, configure, integrate, test, and support one self-service device-lending kiosk system for the Alabaster Library. The system will securely store, charge, check out, and check in up to twelve City-furnished laptops and/or tablets. This solicitation is intended to promote free and open competition. Any manufacturer, model, feature, or protocol referenced is descriptive of the required level of quality, interoperability, and performance. Equivalent or superior solutions are acceptable when clearly documented by the bidder. PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Alabaster will receive sealed bids for the “Self-Service Device-Lending Kiosk System,” RFB No. 20260830-A, until 1:00 p.m. on October 7, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened. Bidders shall submit one signed original, one copy, and one digital copy on a USB drive in a sealed envelope or package.
