PROJECT DESCRIPTION The project consists of reconstruction of the existing tennis courts at Seeman Park, including demolition, pavement reconstruction, concrete work, fencing and gates, tennis court equipment, court surfacing and striping, landscaping, and related improvements as shown in the Contract Documents.
