RFB 2025. 03. In compliance with the City of Isle of Palms Procurement Code, the city is seeking bids from qualified general contractors to submit sealed bids for a shoal management project on the north eastern end of the island. The work includes the excavation, transport and placement of between 150,000 and 200,000 cubic yards of sand from an approaching shoal. All work must be done in compliance with state and federal permits. The deadline for proposals is 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
