Security Guard Services, CS

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified professional security guard services contractor to provide private security services for the Leon County Courthouse, Public Safety Complex, Medical Examiner’s Office, Main Library, Bank of America Building, Office of Intervention and Detention Alternatives, and other locations that may later be designated by the County. All services shall meet or exceed the performance specifications and requirements listed in this bid. A draft of the agreement for services is also provided as Attachment D.Applicants will be deemed ineligible if the applicant has any pending civil or administrative action against the applicant; or if the applicant is currently engaged in any dispute or controversy related to or arising out of the applicant being in breach of any contract.Leon County reserves the right to negotiate with the successful bidder(s) for any unforeseen additions or deletions that may occur during the term of the agreement.
