FILED SUB-BIDS SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of interior renovations of the Women’s dormitory, and an Add Alternate option to renovate a portion of the Men’s dormitory.Work in the Women’s dormitory to include converting the existing garage into an apartment, renovations to the existing bathroom/shower room, and converting a large single bedroom into two bedrooms. Specific work is shown on the drawings and in the specifications and includes but is not limited to demolition, installation of new acoustic ceiling tiles throughout the dormitory, new doors, new LED lighting throughout the dormitory, installation of new mechanical equipment for heating/cooling/conditioning, new plumbing lines and fixtures, new painting and interior finishes.Work in the Men’s dormitory (Add Alternate) to include converting the existing recreation room into an apartment, complete with living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and utility closet.
