Included in the addendum are Iowa SUDAS sections 7040 and 7070 for reference for the project seal coat requirements. 2. An updated quantity take-off has been included with this addendum. This takeoff is for reference purposes only. Contractors are responsible for completing their own take-offs and are responsible for any work not included in the items listed here. B. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Section 00 41 13 – Bid Form Use the revised bid form included in this addendum. Base bid option 2 has been added to this form to allow for an asphalt only base bid for bidders not including a concrete paving option for parking lots C and D. 2. Section 32 01 13 – APSHALT SEAL COAT Add this section to the specifications. 3. Section 32 12 16 – ASPHALT PAVEMENT See new specification section included in this addendum. REVISE - Section 2.1 B.
