Quotes will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. March 1, 2024 at Fruitvale ISD business office 244 VZCR 1910 Fruitvale, TX 75127 or by email to bainr@fruitvaleisd.com. You may schedule a meeting to come in the district to meet prior to creating your proposal by emailing selfd@fruitvaleisd.com to set up an appointment with Deedee Self Chief of Police. We will take partial bids or a company may bid all the services listed. The envelope containing your quote should be marked: Quote for Safety Surveillance Systems Attention: Rebecca Bain Information on cameras: Learners Today…Leaders Tomorrow… FRUITVALE ISD The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, expertise and services as required to complete the project requirements. These include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Provide and install server/storage to support up to 128 security cameras. Replace the current 64 camera/nvr and 12 camera/nvr systems. Also install an additional 30 cameras campus wide, one shall need connectivity via wifi to cover the football field parking lot. 2. Provide and install any camera mounts or mounting accessories required to mount the specified cameras in the specified locations. 3. Provide and install CAT6 ethernet cables and extenders for any camera cable runs that exceed 100 meters. 4. Provide and install all conduit, back boxes and junction boxes as necessary.. 5. Install all pull boxes required within conduit runs as required that conforms to NEC P.O.
