Sanitary Sewer Crawler Camera System (RFP)

Description

This bid shall only be available to selected proposers from the Request for Information 24-076 and by reference shall include all requirements and bid information as previously posted.The information submitted in your proposal response to the RFI shall be utilized for your response to this Request for Proposal (RFP).The following sections of the RFI shall be included in this RFP by reference:General Specifications:   Refer to Section 3 of the RFI (copy included in ATTACHMENTS).Evaluation Criteria:  The scores from the RFI will be considered during the evaluation of this RFP.General Requirements & Information: Refer to Section 6 of the RFI (copy included in ATTACHMENTS). Demonstrations will be required from those vendors evaluated and scored as possibly able to best meet the needs of this project.Demonstrations shall be performed on-site, in-use, at no charge to the City.For Demonstration requirements, please refer to Section 3.4 of the RFI (copy included in ATTACHMENTS).City shall be under no obligation to purchase equipment utilized for Demonstration.City shall not be obligated to pay any usage charges, damage charges, restocking charges, delivery, etc. for equipment utilized in Demonstration.City shall not be obligated to pay any wages, salary, administration, insurance, etc. necessary for Proposer to provide Demonstration.
