Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment and Lateral Rehabilitation Services

Description

The purpose of this project is to establish a continuing services contract with multiple contractors for cleaning, inspection, condition assessment, and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer laterals and associated main-to-lateral connections within the City’s wastewater collection system. The program is intended to reduce infiltration and inflow (I/I), restore structural integrity, extend system service life, and support regulatory compliance.Work will be issued under individual task orders during the term of the contract. Selected contractors will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described in the Scope of Work.The services to be performed include, but are not limited to:Cleaning of sanitary sewer mains and laterals using hydraulic or mechanical methods.Closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection and condition assessment in accordance with NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP standards or equivalent nationally recognized standards.Rehabilitation of sewer laterals and main-to-lateral connections using trenchless technologies that comply with applicable ASTM standards and provide a watertight, structurally sound liner with a minimum design life of 50 years. Acceptable methods may include cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), lateral sealing systems, chemical grouting, or other equivalent trenchless methods.Restoration of surfaces and appurtenances disturbed by the work.The
