1GPA is a non-profit national governmental purchasing cooperative that enables members nationwide to use existing contracts for procuring goods and services. If you are a vendor looking to offer your products and services to our extensive network of members locally and across the U.S., respond to this solicitation for an opportunity to do so. This allows our members to efficiently and cost-effectively purchase from local and national vendors. This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a contract with highly qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive offering of products, services and systems to enhance 1GPA Members’ safety and security programs as outlined in this solicitation as needed.  Vendors are not required to respond to all categories or items listed within this scope of work to be considered for contract award. Safety and Security Products, Services and Systems include but are not limited to: Access Control, Surveillance Cameras/Systems, Metal/Firearm Scanners and Detection, Intrusion Detection, Communication Systems, Lockdown Solutions, Integrated Security Platforms, Consulting and Advisory Services and Visitor, Volunteer and Emergency Management Systems , as needed.  The initial term of this cooperative contract will be for one (1) year with the potential of four (4) one-year extensions.
