The scope of this project consists of rehabilitating PCC and AC pavements of Runway 4R-22L at Mather Airport. The work includes:• Remove existing PCC pavement• Remove existing AC pavement• Install crushed aggregate base course• Construct asphalt emulsified recycled base course• Install bituminous asphalt pavement• Install Portland cement concrete pavement• Install pavement markings• Install centerline and touchdown zonez light cans and electrical conduits.
