Sacramento County Cultural Broker Program – Evaluability Assessment Partner

Sacramento County&rsquo;s Department of Child, Family and Adult Services (herein referred to as &ldquo;DCFAS&rdquo;) is seeking proposals from a qualified, forward-thinking, equity-centered organization/institution (Contractor), to serve as the evaluability assessment partner for the Sacramento County Cultural Broker Program. DCFAS believes that providing Cultural Broker services to Black/African American families involved in the child welfare system will directly impact key outcomes across the spectrum of child welfare, including preventing entry and re-entry into foster care, identifying and supporting relative placements for youth in foster care, aid in timely permanency from foster care, and placement stability. DCFAS is interested in assessing if we can learn more about how this program model impacts the identified population, with a particular interest in understanding any potential impacts to reducing the likelihood that families will experience better outcomes within the child welfare system. For the purposes of this RFP, the assessment will be referred to as the Sacramento County Cultural Broker Program Evaluability Assessment. Up to $350,000<span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun
