SACOG identified that a key next step in advancing the region's six-county trail network is to develop an implementation strategy that focuses on program development and management. To understand the best path to implement the trail network’s vision, SACOG is requesting proposals from interested consultants to provide assistance in developing a clear implementation strategy that addresses potential paths for funding, ideal governance and oversight structure, and other elements to assist in accelerating the development and construction of the trail network.
