The repairs must follow the requirements of the 8th Edition (2023) Update to the Florida Building Code (FBC), 8 th Edition (2023) Florida Building Code Residential, and 2024 Florida Roofing Codes Updates. All work performed under this project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used.
