Ryan White Part B Third Party Administrator (TPA) Implementation

Description

The Mississippi State Department of Health would like to receive responses from organizations interested in becoming the Third-Party Administrator for the Ryan White Part B Program. The successful Third-Party Administrator (TPA) would be responsible for the following key areas: Insurance Benefit Management, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Rebate Administration, Program 340B Administration, Reporting and Analytics, AIDS Drug Assistance Program Review of Domains, Clinical Programs including prior authorization and formulary management, and Ryan White Part B Enrollee Eligibility including Data Management. Key area responsibilities are detailed in the attached Scope of Work.
