NEORSD will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 am on Friday, October 16, 2026, at EMSC.4747 East 49th StreetCuyahoga Heights, OH 44125 The NEORSD will offer optional site inspections by appointment only on the following days: Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and Friday, October 16, 2026 following the pre-bid meeting to Noon. The NEORSD requires a minimum notification of one business day preceding the requested site inspection date.
