Route 15 North Widening: Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road, IFB NG00004

Description

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia ("County") to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor ("Contractor") to construct Route 15 North Widening: Battlefield Parkway to Montresor Road (the "Project"). The purpose of the Project is to widen US Route 15 over approximately three and a half (3.5) miles between Battlefield Parkway, where it currently transitions from four (4) lanes to two (2) lanes, and Montresor Road. The Project will widen Route 15 from its existing two (2)- lane configuration to a four (4)-lane road with two (2) lanes in each direction. The Project will be delivered using local and regional Northern Virginia Transportation Authority (NVTA) funds. Pre-Bid Conference: An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on October 26, 2026, at 10:30 am to provide clarification on the Project requirements and expectations outlined in this solicitation.
