The City owns and/or operates two power plant facilities. The primary site is the Roseville Energy Park (hereinafter “REP”) which is a gas-fired 165 MW combined-cycle power generation facility and a zero liquid discharge system with two (2) – GE TM2500 simple cycle turbines generating an additional 67 MW co-located at the facility. The Sunset Energy Center (hereinafter “RSEC”) is a gas fired 67 MW simple cycle peaking power plant which has two (2) – GE TM2500 and additional process support equipment. The City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide maintenance services on the four (4) GE TM2500 engines, associated generators, and other ancillary equipment that is part of the TM2500 package.
