The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for Electrical Maintenance Services. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter “Consultant(s)”), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”), and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The City owns and/or operates multiple power plant sites. The primary site is the Roseville Energy Park (hereinafter “REP”) which is a gas-fired 165 MW combined-cycle power generation facility with a zero liquid discharge system, and an additional 66MW comprised of 2 – GE TM2500 simple cycle turbines.
