All qualified individuals or firms interested in providing the specified goods or services should respond with three (3) copies of a written response to Roscoe Collegiate Independent School District. Final selection will be made in accordance with the policies of Roscoe Collegiate Independent School District’s School Board and other statutory provisions. Requests for Sealed Bids are available at the Administration Building of the Roscoe Collegiate Independent School District at 1101 W. 7th St., Roscoe, Texas 79545. Responses must be received by September 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. at 1101 W. 7th St., P.O. Box 579, Roscoe, Texas 79545, after which time and date they will no longer be accepted. Request for Proposals RCISD is seeking competitive proposals for a fence extension and upgrades to meet the new State of Texas requirements for school safety. Proposal submission must include itemized details of materials, timeline, warranty information, quoted price guarantee, and name/contact information of company and representative.
