The Villages Community Development Districts is seeking a qualified, professional, licensed Contractor to provide all equipment, labor and materials for the roof replacements at various District facilities. Work includes, but is not limited to the removal, inspection, and replacement of existing roof systems and any damaged, rotted, and/or questionable materials (ie. plywood deck sheathing, sub-fascia, fascia, framing/trusses, etc).
