The project consists of replacing the flat membrane roofing assemblies on two (2) dormitory buildings (Men’s and Women’s Dormitories) consisting of a total of approximately 11,775 square feet of roofing with new Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing system. Work is to include exterior renovations to both the Men’s and Women’s Dormitories, including the demolition of existing roof assemblies and installation of new roof assemblies. Scope includes replacement of existing rooftop mechanical equipment, and installation of new roof edge tying into existing fascia to remain.
