Roof Replacement at Parks Administration BuildingThe intent of this Invitation to Bid is to procure the services of a reputable Commercial Roofing Contractor to provide the City of Lakeland (COL) with the services of installing new roofing system at 2125 N. LAKE AVE. LAKELAND FL 33805 facility. The COL expects that all Commercial Roofing Contractors submitting a bid are familiar with the type of roof service that is being requested, possess the staff, knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this Invitation to Bid per Florida Building Code standards. The City of Lakeland is looking for a qualified roofing contractor to complete a full roof replacement at the Parks & Rec Administration Office.The selected firm for this contract shall be, qualified roofing contractors versed in the installation of minimum 30-year fiberglass reinforced dimensional asphalt shingles systems. Rated for high winds and high temperatures per Florida Building Code standards.
