The City of Fort Myers (City) requests submittals from interested and qualified Respondents to remove and dispose of all existing roofing material to the original decking. The replacement for the barrel clay tile shall be a 1" standing seam metal roof. Also, remove and replace existing gutters and install new 7" K-Style gutter around entire building. (see attached scope of services for additional detail).
