It is the intent of Chesapeake Public Schools to establish a firm-fixed hourly rate contract with one (1) or more qualified vendors to provide “as-needed” roof repair and general maintenance services. The successful vendor(s) must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to provide roof and general maintenance repairs in accordance with the attached specifications and conditions.
