The Clubhouse for the Lassing Pointe Golf Course, located at 2266 Double Eagle Drive, Union, KY, 41091 is in need of a new shingled roof and gutters. This Golf Course will be closed from November 29, 2024, until March 15, 2025, allowing for no interference from staff or the public for this project. The completion of this project shall be prior to March 15, 2025.A bid bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties in equal amount to five (5) percent of the bid shall be submitted (electronically) with each bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the state of Kentucky to provide said surety.
