The original RfQ Documents remain in full force and effect, except as modified by this Addendum, which is hereby made part of the RFQ. Respondent shall take this Addendum into consideration when preparing and submitting its Proposal. 1. Update Minimum Request for Proposal: o Vendor agrees to pay City of Socoro percent (%o) of Gross Receips from sales of food and non-alcoholic beverages, including the hawking of said items. All payments to the City with regard to food and non-alcoholic beverages will be based on cash register tape reconciliation. To be replaced by: o Vendor agrees to pay City of Socono percent (%) of Gross Receipts from sales of alcoholic beverages, including the hawking of said items. All payments to the City with regard to alcoholic beverages will be based on cash register tape reconciliation. 2. The Proposal submittal deadline has been changed as noted herein, and modifies the deadline stated in the RFQ. The new Proposal submittal deadline is 3:00 pm on December 13,2016.
