The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids for the rehabilitation of roads and parking lots from qualified contractors for services including, but not limited to, bituminous concrete milling, reclaiming, paving, curbing, backfilling and hydroseeding as well as related drainage work such as catch basin top replacement, catch basin structure repairs and outlet scour protection. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, services and certain materials necessary for the work as specified herein and haul away all excavated materials, structures and waste created during the process. All work is expected to be completed by October 31, 2025.
