Dane County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to replace Dane County's existing Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, including procurement, construction, and commissioning. The facility is located at 7242 Maahic Way, Madison, WI 53718. Work will be performed under a negotiated professional services agreement. Proposals for upgrading existing equipment will also be considered.The purpose of this engagement is to replace current nitrogen and carbon removal units (NRU and CRU) with the most efficient current technology for RNG production from landfill gas (LFG) sources and increase LFG processing capacity. Selected Firm will be expected to coordinate closely with Dane County Waste + Renewable (W+R) project and operations staff and must comply with all applicable local ordinances or local permitting requirements.Interested proposers should have demonstrated experience in providing systems for RNG Production from LFG biogas in cold climates and must show capacity to manage projects of similar scope and complexity.
