Oleander Avenue Mini Park is in the Riverside Park Neighborhood. The park is nestled between the condo building and single-family home. Currently, the park is underutilized with a narrow sidewalk that leads to the St Lucie River. The schematic design was completed in 2023. The park improvements will include irrigation, paved sidewalks, shade trees, benches, decorative fence, and new park signage. The proposed design will improve user experience, comfort, and safety. The improvements will be completed in conjunction with the streetscape improvements in the Riverside Neighborhood.
