The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (RSO) Ben Clark Training Center (BCTC), is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract with a primary vendor for the purchase, repair, and replacement of badges, as outlined in Exhibit A of this RFQ. The awarded contract will enable RSO to order directly from the lowest, most responsible, and responsive vendor(s). The Riverside Sheriff’s Office is the second largest in California, managing patrol stations, correctional facilities, court services, the Coroner’s Bureau, and the Public Administration. The County of Riverside is among the fastest-growing counties in the country and has seen the largest population increase in the state since 2020, covering more than 7,200 square miles and policing 17 of Riverside County's 28 cities.
