Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division of the City of High Point located in the Municipal Operations Center, Warehouse Building at 816 East Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260, until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 2, 2026. This will be a Public Bid Opening: The project consists of upgrading the Riverdale Pump Station from 30 MGD to 45 MGD, including demolition and modifications to existing facilities; installation of new pumps, piping, odor control, generator, and electrical building; electrical, instrumentation, and SCADA improvements; and associated utility and site work. Work includes temporary bypass pumping to maintain continuous wastewater service during construction, startup, testing, and commissioning.
