Right of Way Sign Maintenance for Local and Municipal City Streets

Description

The City of Pontiac is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide right-of-way sign maintenance services for local and municipal streets throughout the City. The purpose of this RFP is to ensure that all regulatory, warning, and informational traffic control signs located within the public right-of-way are properly maintained, visible, compliant with applicable standards, and in good working condition to promote public safety and traffic efficiency.The contractor will be expected to respond promptly to service requests, maintain accurate service records, and coordinate with City staff regarding traffic control needs, scheduling, and emergency response situations. Work may be performed on an as-needed basis under a unit price or time-and-materials structure as defined in the final contract.
