Ridgewood Street - Griswold Street Area Improvements

Description

Work under this contract includes the replacement of approximately 4,600 linear feet of water main, 3,800 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, and reconstruction of 4,800 linear feet of roadway in the Ridgewood Street-area and the Griswold Street-area neighborhoods, in the Town of Manchester. It includes other appurtenant work such as installation of water services, fire hydrants, private sanitary sewer laterals, abandonment of existing sanitary and water utilities, minor storm drainage improvements, installation of extruded concrete curb, minor sidewalk restoration, surface restoration and traffic control.The Town owned streets within the project work area include: Lilac Street, Trumbull Street, Griswold Street, Roosevelt Street, Lincoln Street, Ridgewood Street, Alexander Street, and a portion of St John Street.
