The County of Riverside Purchasing Division (“Purchasing”), on behalf of the Riverside County Regional Park and Open Space District (“District”), is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call professional services in architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning. These services will support park planning, environmental compliance, design studies, feasibility studies, and capital improvement planning projects. This Request for Qualifications and Quotations (RFQU) is not project specific. All bidders currently on, or previously included in, any County on-call list must reapply through this RFQU to be considered for continued eligibility to provide services to the District. There are no incumbents under this solicitation. Bidders that submit a complete and responsive Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”) package in accordance with this RFQU will be evaluated for inclusion on the District’s Professional Services On-Call List (“Parks On-Call List”).
