The deadline for submission of vendor questions is July 10, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). Questions must be submitted via Public Purchase. Questions will not be addressed over the phone or by email. Answers to vendor questions will be posted by July 14, 2026 at Noon (EST). All vendor RFQu submissions must be submitted via the Public Purchase website (www.publicpurchase.com) no later than 2:00 p.m. (ET) on July 24, 2026. The District does not provide progress updates. Information will be provided via Public Purchase. Vendors are responsible for checking the Public Purchase website for any addenda to ensure that their submissions incorporate all available information. Vendors agree to complete all requested information withing this RFQu as instructed and to upload their responses into the Public Purchase website with their RFQu submission.
