The City of Palo Alto Utilities Department, Water, Gas, Wastewater Division requests quotations for the purchase and delivery/pickup of PLUMBING AND PIPELINE SUPPLIES, FITTINGS, VALVE AND OTHER ACCESORIES AND PARTS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR UP TO 3 YEARS. The City also reserves the right to award to multiple vendors based on the   City’s needs per prices quoted.The City shall award a Blanket Order to the two lowest responsive-responsible bidders of equal value to ensure availability of parts and materials on an as needed basis.Bidders must Bid on all items listed in the bid forms for all years.
