The City of Grand Terrace is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the conversion of an existing basketball court at Veterans Park into four (4) pickleball courts. The project includes surface preparation, acrylic sports court surfacing and striping, installation of four (4) permanent pickleball net systems, and installation of chain-link fencing as shown in Exhibit A. The project is a public works project subject to prevailing wage requirements. Bidders must possess a valid California Contractor's License and active DIR registration. Refer to the Scope of Work and Exhibit A for complete project requirements.
